'Your patience  is already exceptional and better than almost anything comparable out there that I have experienced and yet you do seem to continuously strive to increase the offering increase the knowledge base of staff which is already amazing. The leadership team are also so friendly and accessible, you all know the children and are hands on which is also invaluable. There aren't enough words in my vocabulary to sing the praises of OTF. The fact that it has been created and developed so well and the incredible  staff that work with the kids day in day out is priceless. It is no exaggeration to say that finding OTF has been life changing for my children and family and i will be forever grateful that it exists'.
