With an extensive background in both special primary and secondary SEN schools, where she held roles as Headteacher and Education Director, Ludivine has served as a guiding force in setting up and leading schools for pupils with complex learning difficulties, behavioural challenges and neurotypical functioning.

Beyond the school setting, she ardently advocates for alternative learning and provision, playing a pivotal role as a key member of the Parliamentary board of advisors for the Secretary of State on reform in Alternative Provisions.
