Our Mission

At  Orchard Therapeutic Farm, our children take center stage in all our endeavours.

 

Our approach is child-centered with a pluralistic approach to behaviour management, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed practices.

We offer a rich, diverse outdoor and vocational curriculum that aims to rekindle a love for learning, providing numerous opportunities for further growth.

 

Continuous efforts are invested in boosting our pupils' confidence, ensuring they not only thrive in their current learning  journey, but also emerge as independent young individuals.

Our pride lies in the deep understanding we have of each child, fostering trusting relationships that are created in  our  community. We actively encourage informed decision-making, providing positive role-modeled support and an enriching experience .

This collective effort guides our students toward resilience, happiness, respect, kindness, exploration, and inspiration.

As a caring and nurturing community , we approach our responsibility of looking after our children with utmost seriousness. Our commitment is to make their time and experiences with us as positive and fulfilling as possible.
