Support is provided throughout the course to help learners build confidence and succeed academically and professionally.
Applicants should ideally:
• Be aged 19 or over
• Hold a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
• Have appropriate literacy, communication and digital skills
• Have access to an appropriate teaching placement or educational setting
• Be passionate about working within education and training
