Jayne | With over 35 years of experience working with children and Special Educational Needs (SEN), I have dedicated my career to supporting young people in various educational settings. Before joining OTF, I spent over 30 years as a Nursery Manager and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), ensuring inclusive and high-quality care for children with diverse needs. I became part of OTF at the very start of its journey in 2022 and now serve as the company’s Business Manager. In this role, I oversee all referrals, health and safety, and HR, ensuring that our services run smoothly and effectively to support the young people in our care. |

Caroline | As the Centre Administrator at OTF, I’m involved in every aspect of the administration – from managing daily registers to setting up initial visits and taster sessions for students applying to attend OTF! With over 18 years of experience supporting SEN students in a variety of environments, along with a background in Care, I’m passionate about making a positive impact. I’m genuinely excited by the opportunity to help support students flourish with the right support, encouragement, and environment! Plus, I have a deep love for animals and gardening – two of my favorite things that remind me of how nurturing the right environment can be! Watching learners thrive is the most rewarding part of what I do! |
