Orchard Therapeutic Training has been developed to support schools in that reality. This is practical, inspection-aware training designed to help leaders and staff strengthen inclusive practice, build more effective systems and make confident, ethically sound decisions.

It is structured, grounded in current expectations and focused on what actually works in schools.
