Why Inclusion Training Matters

Inclusion Training for Schools

Inclusion is no longer something that sits at the edge of school improvement. Under the 2025 Ofsted framework, it runs through leadership, curriculum, behaviour, safeguarding and outcomes.

Schools are expected to show that their approach is:

  • consistent
  • strategic
  • measurable
  • legally compliant
  • improving outcomes over time

At the same time, the use of Alternative Provision is under increasing scrutiny.

Schools must be able to demonstrate that decisions are:

  • lawful under Section 19
  • safeguarding-assured
  • curriculum-aligned
  • time-limited
  • focused on outcomes

This is where many schools feel pressure.

This training provides that clarity. It helps schools understand what strong inclusion looks like in practice, and how to evidence it with confidence.
