At Orchard Therapeutic Farm, we believe education can be rooted in the real world – and that the right environment can change lives. Our team works with children and young people who’ve faced barriers to learning, helping them discover new skills, build confidence, and find their place in the world.
If you’re passionate about making a genuine difference, thrive on variety, and love the outdoors, this could be the place for you.
Working here isn’t just a job – it’s a calling. Every day brings new challenges, laughter, and moments that remind you why you chose this path.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team who:
Put care and connection at the heart of everything we do
Create learning experiences that go beyond the classroom – from animal care and horticulture to crafts and outdoor skills
Support young people to feel safe, valued, and capable of achieving more than they thought possible
Believe in teamwork, creativity, and kindness as much as we do in qualifications and experience
A supportive working environment where your ideas are valued
Training and development opportunities tailored to your role
The chance to work alongside animals, nature, and a passionate team
A workplace that celebrates creativity, problem-solving, and genuine care
The satisfaction of seeing young people grow in confidence and skills
We welcome people from all walks of life – whether you’re an experienced educator, an outdoor activity leader, a skilled craftsperson, or someone with a background in care.
If you:
Have patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
Can adapt your approach to meet individual needs
Enjoy working as part of a team and in the great outdoors
Are committed to safeguarding and supporting young people
…then we’d love to hear from you.
