At Orchard Therapeutic Farm, we are proud of the dedicated and experienced team who make our provision a supportive, nurturing, and effective environment for all our students.

Our Therapeutic Learning Mentors are either qualified teachers or Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs), each bringing a wealth of experience in working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). They are skilled at delivering tailored support, ensuring each young person receives the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive.

Supporting them are our Therapeutic Support Assistants, who work alongside both Learning Mentors and students. These team members also have strong backgrounds in working with SEN and play a vital role in creating a calm, therapeutic, and safe environment throughout the farm.
Our CEO brings many years of experience as a headteacher and in setting up specialist SEN schools. Their leadership and expertise help to shape our vision and ensure the highest standards of care and education.

Even behind the scenes, our commitment to SEN continues. Our office staff also have experience in SEN settings, which means every part of Orchard Therapeutic Farm is informed by understanding, compassion, and professionalism.
